Gillian Williams

I first moved to Wingfield at the age of 11 and lived here until I was 18. Although I moved away, my father remained in the village until the 1990s and I visited frequently.  I returned in 2015 with my partner, happy to once again call Wingfield home.

Professionally, I spent 20 years working as a SENCO and play therapist in a primary school in Dorset, followed by a decade managing the Young People’s Service at Southampton Rape Crisis. My work has always focused on supporting children, young people, and families.

Now settled in Wingfield, I run two small holiday cottages and enjoy welcoming guests to this special corner of Wiltshire. I’m also passionate about protecting the environment and preserving the natural beauty of our village for future generations.

Selina Jobson

My role as Clerk is to support Wingfield Parish councillors in making a difference for the local community. Having previously worked in the university sector, I began parish clerking six years ago and enjoy the variety of projects and people it brings me into contact with.
